In an effort to better serve our customers we’ve developed our Preventative Maintenance Program.  We’re offering this program for the following reasons:

 

1. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that your equipment is properly maintained without having to worry about when to call and schedule the appointments.

 

2. By allowing us to advance-schedule your routine maintenance we will be able to ensure a quick response to unscheduled repairs you might need.  Our goal is to keep our response time to 1-3 days instead of 1-6 weeks like many shops.

 

3. By subscribing your equipment to the Preventative Maintenance Program you will also save money. Beginning Nov.1, 2006 we are implementing a two-tiered pricing structure and only subscribed equipment will qualify for the lower prices. 

 

4. You’ll be more likely to avoid down time.  Machines which are regularly maintained are less apt to experience costly and inconvenient break-downs. 

 

To subscribe, simply click on Shopping Cart.  All you need to do is:

 

·        Select the equipment you wish to have maintained

 

·        Chose the months in which you wish to have the service done.

 

·        Select a payment option.

 

·        Click on submit

 

From there we’ll schedule all your service for you and notify you when we’re coming out.  Of course, we’ll set a time and day that is convenient for you.

 

If you reply by November 1 you’ll receive an additional 10% credit good toward any additional services that you may need.

 

*Winterizations:  You’ll notice that for each tune-up a winterization must also be scheduled (with the exception of rider mowers to be used for snow removal).   This allows us to guarantee your equipment will start in the spring (see Details and Conditions for details).  Another reason for this, in part, is to stem the tide of gummed up carburetors which floods us each Spring..
