Guaranteed To Start:  We guarantee that any piece of equipment which we winterize will start the following spring or we will service the machine in order for it to start or refund the price of the winterization.  This guarantee excludes failure to start due to battery failure or incidental damage to the machine during storage.  This guarantee also excludes machines which are operated after the winterization and before storage.

 

While we assert that regular maintenance prolongs and improves the operational life of your small engine equipment we make no promise or guarantee that subscribing a machine to our Preventative Maintenance Program will eliminate the likelihood of breakdowns or malfunctions aside from our Guarantee To Start guarantee (outlined above).

 

Tune-up prices now include parts as well as labor.  Parts regularly included a tune-up are spark plugs, new oil, air filters, oil filters and fuel filters.  Parts NOT included in the tune-up price are items such as cables, pull cords, new blades, wheels, levers, handles and other hardware.  If non-included items are needed at the time of a tune-up the cost is charged at the time of service.
